Jaman South District is one of the 22 districts in the Brong Ahafo Region. Established in 1989, it was carved out of the east while Berekum-Jaman District. It is bordered by Wenchi District in the north-east, Berekum District in the south-east, Dormaa District in the south and Cote d’Ivoire in the west.
