The key development issues are the highlights of the broad range of problems and concerns that were captured during the presentation of the current development situation within the various institutional and topical sectors. However since the main objective of strategic planning is to JC identify and tackle the most critical issues given the limited time frame the following issses- are the priority issues, which were identified.
