The Bole District will embark on comprehensive programmes which give cognizance to socio-economic development and also in governance with the President’s priority areas of infrastructural development, Modernized Agriculture, based on Rural Development, Enhance social services with emphasis on Health and Education especially at the basic level and good Governance.

The programmes and projects would focus on providing all the prerequisite conditions that will enhance inhabitants of the District to have access to both technical and social infrastructural facilities and services. Furthermore, it will integrate the vulnerable and excluded, marginalized especially women into the development process.
