Annual Action Plan
The composite District programme of action is phased out into Annual Action Plans which are to be implemented by the Departments and Agencies of Kpandai District Assembly, NGOs, Private sector and the beneficiary communities. 

In view of resource constraints, the selection of projects for the implementation in the first year of the planning period (2010-2013) is guided by the following considerations.

Continuation of on-going projects
 Previous years planned projects which were not implemented
 Projects serving as basis for the improvement of productive activities in the District
 Projects which will help strengthen the institutional capacities   

It is anticipated that implementation of the annual plans would serve as inputs for the successful implementation of the 2010-2013 Medium Term Plan and the consequent realization of the District goal and objectives.
