Harmonization of Identified Development Problems/Issues to the Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy (GPRS II) Harmonizing the district development problems with the issues identilied under the thematic areas of the GPRS II (tables 2.1.1, 2.1.2 and 2.1.3.) The high scores obtained points to the fact that there is harmony between the identified community needs and the issues under the pillars of the GPRS II. From the above table, it is evident that the first prioritized need of the district is the creation of jobs for the youths in the district.
