Objectives set in this DMTDP are to be met through comprehensive implementation of various programmes and projects.  This section therefore identifies the various programmes and projects that will contribute to the realization of the objectives. 

The various programmes/projects, location, expected l sources of funding, and the agency/department responsible for implementation is outlined in the Table below.
