Dissemination Of The Municipal Medium – Term Plan 2006-2009
The  Medium Term Plan is a document containing the projects and programmes, that the Assembly would want to implement to alleviate poverty and improve the living conditions of the people in line with the (GPRSII) policy of the government.

The production of the document is done with the active participation of community members decentralized departments, religions leaders among others in the Municipality /community ownership.

The dissemination of the plan creates community awareness and roles.  It helps to ensure successful implementation of the plan since they are the major stakeholders.

The dissemination of the plan would also encourage the communities to determine effective methods of mobilizing both internal and external resources for the execution of projects and programmes.

Community participation in the preparation of the plan, public Hearing on the DMTDP and distribution of the copies of DMTDP to the decentralized departments and the sub-structures (Area/Town councils) are among the strategies of disseminating the DMTDP to communities to appreciate the existence and importance of the plan.
