As mandatory to happen in all other districts across the length and breadth of the country, the Lambussie Karni district in the Upper West region is also conducting its special voting for today, DCE for the area, Clement Benin revealed.

About 40 number of borehole facilities have been sited in various deprived communities in the Lambussie Karni district to power the implementation of the Sustainable Rural Water and Sanitation Project.

Mr. Clement Benin, the District Chief Executive for Lambussie Karni district has unveiled that a standard Library complex is in the offing for residents of the area, to assist improve the standard of education districtwide.

A fully completed teachers’ quarters facility constructed for teachers of the Piina Senior High School (SHS) in the Lambussie Karni district is scheduled to be handed over to school authorities by Thursday, 8th November, 2012.

The seeming congestion in dormitory facilities at the Piina Senior High school located in the Lambussie Karni district is expected to be minimized following the completion of an additional and standard Girls’ dormitory block for students of the school.
