Agotime Ziope formerly Adaklu Anyibe is one of the twenty five (25) Municipalities and Districts in the Volta Region of Ghana. The Administrative Capital of the District is Kpetoe. Agotime-Ziope District is bordered by the Republic of Togo to the East; Akatsi North and Central Tongu Districts to the South and the Adaklu District to the West and North. The District covers a total land area of about Six Hundred and Thirty-Seven kilometres square (637km2).
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of the Agotime Senior High School has threatened to seize the bungalow of District Chief Executive or the assembly hall of the District if government does not complete school projects that have been abandoned for over 10 years.
