Tano North District is one of the 27 Districts in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. Duayaw Nkwanta is its administrative capital.
It is bounded on the North and East by the Offinso Municipal and on the North-Western by the Sunyani Municipal and the South-Western by Asutifi, Tano South on the Eastern border and Ahafo-Ano North District to the South in the Ashanti region.
