this is purely accidental and looking at the age of the bluiding and the state of the wood and some fittings it made it quiet easy for fire to spread quiet faster  hence difficult to control.

i think there is something fishy that the Rawlings’ are hiding. therefore i think there is a foul play because they are not to be trusted
