Artisans in Mponua to get Industrialization Hub
The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Atwima Mponua, Isaac Kofi Marfo, the has hinted that, plans are far advanced for the construction of industrial hub for all artisans in the district. The political figure made this statement at the 26th Graduation Ceremony for dressmakers in the Nyinahin zone held at the Nyinahin D/A school park.

He advised the young and enterprising youth to be trustworthy in their field of endeavor and also be discipline such that, they can survive the current market dynamics.


He noted that, God has given talents to everybody, but people must make use their talents by impacting knowledge onto the youth; he wholeheartedly commended the leaders of the Association for the yeomans work.

The regional chairman of the association, Mr. E.Y. Boadi advised the graduands to eschew corruption, avoid lacadessical attitudes and truancy to increase confidence reposed in them by their customers.


Mr. Kofi Asare Kennedy the district Chairman also implored them not to wait for big shops before they start working. He noted that, Rome wasn’t built in day, so they should start small and end bigly.


53 persons graduated which was made up of 52 females and a male.
