Akatsi North awarded for the development of Ave Crocodile Resort

The Akatsi North District Assembly has been awarded at the Volta Tourism Awards for the development of the Ave Crocodile Resort.

The event which was held at the Volta Serene hotel was used to honour a number of key players in the tourism sector including media houses and individuals who have contributed to the promotion of the tourism sector in Volta Region.

According to Mr.Sodoke Amuzu the District Chief Executive (DCE) of the area, the pond was developed to a 'Crocodile View Resort' to place the area on tourists' hot map and explore the tourism potentials and development of the District.
