Gov’t still cares about zongos - Former MP
The Former Member of Parliament for the Nsuta Kwaman Beposo Constituency, Kwame Osei Prempeh has stated categorically that the current government will never be apathetic towards the improvement of the warefare of the zongos.

He explained that, the current government has created a ministry solely for the zongo communities and in the next few weeks the entire nation would bear witness to the transformation that would occur in the zongo communities.

According to him, the areas of transformation would include skills acquisitions, educational support and jobs.

He finally called on Ghanaians to rally behind the government as it will surely deliver on its mandate.



The former MP gave the assurance when he joined hands with an aspiring parliamentary candidate for the Nsuta Kwaman Beposo Constituency, Mrs Adelaide Ntim Agyeiwaa to donate 17 sacks of rice and 8 sacks of sugar to the zongo community at Nsuta to break their feast with in this Ramadan season.



Mallam Abdul Aziz the Chief Imam of the Nsuta Muslim community received the items on behalf of the community and assured the items would be of immense benefit to them.
