Kumasi Mayor tours WASSCE Centres

The Metropolitan Chief Executive of Kumasi Mr. Osei Assibey Antwi has paid a working visit to some West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) centres within the Metropolis to monitor the examination and to wish the candidates best of Luck.

A total of 10, 141 students from 13 senior high schools within the Metropolis are sitting for this year's WASSCE.

The team visited Serwaah Nyarko Girls, Kumasi Girls and Kumasi Wesley Girls Senior High Schools respectively.

Mr.Osei Assibey asked the student to approach the papers with confidence since the examination is based on what they were taught and urged them to treat the exams as one of their usual tasks.

He then admonished the student to continue to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols by washing their hands frequently with soap under running water, sanitizing their hands using alcohol-based sanitizers, wearing a nose mask at all times as well as ensuring social distance.
