EJURA: MCE break grounds for 3 unit classroom block for Atta Kuraa Number 2

The Municipal Chief Executive of Ejura-Sekyedumase, Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba has cut the sod to commence the construction of a 3 unit classroom block for Atta Kuraa Number 2.

The new block also comes with an office, store room, kitchen, toilet and washroom.

Alhaji Bamba addressing the media said, the vision of the Assembly is for all public schools in the Municipality to be improved and properly equipped to deliver quality education to every child of school-going age, adding that the project form part of the projects earmarked for this year to improve educational infrastructure to ensure quality education.

He therefore urged the contractors to deliver the project on schedule date for the benefit of pupils of the school and advise beneficiary communities to collaborate with the contractors to work efficiently to minimize overcrowding and address the infrastructural challenges facing the Educational sector.

Present at the ceremony were representatives from the traditional council, assembly members, representatives from the Christian Council among others.
