The Municipal Chief Executive for the Ga North Municipal Assembly in the Greater Accra Region, Gertrude Ankrah is dead.

She died on Monday, January 25, 2021, at the hospital after a short illness.
Madam Gertrude Ankrah was once the women organizer for the Trobu/Amasaman Constituency before her appointment as the MCE for Ga North, a position she held until her demise.
There were hopes she would be retained by President Akufo Addo to serve in the MCE position for another term.
