EJURA: MCE celebrates Eid-Fitr with Muslims

Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ejura Sekyedumase Ahaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba has joined the Muslim community in the Municipality to celebrate this year's Eid-Fitr to pray for prosperity and peace for the community and the nation at large.

As part of the celebration, Ramadan Iftar (feast) was organized to break the final fast.Food items and cash were also distributed to the people by the MCE.

Alhaji Bamba advised the youth to desist from acts of lawlessness that will mare the beauty of the Eid-ul-Fitr and encouraged the Muslim community to persevere in their prayers even after the fast to help advance the development of the municipality and nation at large.

He also called for peace and appealed to the various Muslims groups to unite and rally behind the government to make Ejura a first class municipality.

The leadership of the Muslim Community pledged their absolute support and called on all Muslims brothers and sisters in the Municipality to support the MCE in his quest to build a better Ejura Sekyedumase.
