Assembly reshaping of feeder roads in the Bawku West district

The District Chief Executive of the Bawku West Assembly Victoria Ayamba, has promised residents in the district that salvaging the terrible road networks in the central business and other parts of the district remain important to the Assembly and the government.

She said this during the construction of the reshaping of feeder roads at Kukori to Binaba and Yarigu to Kubore Township.

She noted that the kukori to Binaba road was not motorable due to heavy downpour which occurred to them.

The source of funding is District Assembly Common Fund and completed.

The resumption of work on the road has brought great relief to residents and business owners along the road as well as commuters, with

some describing the situation as "timely intervention by the Government.

Speaking in an interview, with the DCE, she reiterated his commitment to the upgrading of the road network in the district.

The Chief of the area made mention of the District Chief Executive Victoria Ayamba, through whose influence the district is witnessing such rapid development in the road sector.
