The DCE said this when some investors called on him at his office about their intention to set up a new Cashew and Sunflower processing factory in the District.

As a way to motivate the investors and to assure them of the District's readiness for their proposed factory, they were taken to Kwagyei to inspect the newly constructed Common User Facility, a move meant to assure them of Government support to Factory establishment.

The DCE indicated that investment in agro-processing is the surest way to support the district to drive its accelerated development agenda, create employment and generate more revenue to finance infrastructural development.

Mr. Koduah said the Assembly is ready to welcome investors and stakeholders to tender workable business proposals for the government flagship programme to take off smoothly in the District.
