Ejura Sekyedumase Assembly inaugurates School Support Programme
The Ejura Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly has inaugurated the School Support Programme (SSP) with fourty youth successfully employed under the programme.

The SSP is an initiative under the Youth Employment Agency in partnership with the Ghana Education Service programme aimed at ensuring the health and safety of students and staff of the various SHS in the country

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the area Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba at the inaugural ceremony indicated that the motive of the SSP is to engage unemployed youth in various districts to promote a healthy and safe environment to enhance the development and educational achievement of senior high students and staff.



He further explained that personnel of SSP will work at the respective security posts, kitchens, and surroundings of schools to provide a healthy and safe school setting to deliver excellent academic performance.

The MCE then advised the youth to take their job seriously and work with passion.
