Most of the contracts which were started in November 2016 have not been completed due to financial challenges of the contractors. School projects at Kofi Gyaame, Avornyo and Botwekrom which were started as far back as 2012 under the schools under trees programme are still lingering.

A CHPS Compound at Mpirekyire which is about 47% complete has been left to fallow because the contractor has left site.

The projects at Kotwea, Wuruyie and Yaw Owusukrom are at the finishing stage while that of Kramokrom and Avornyo are only 40% percent complete according to the district engineer and the planning officer. The only project which has been completed is a three unit classroom block at Atobiase. A six unit classroom block at Ayaa Mankata which is being through GETFUND is at foundation stage although the project started in November, 2016.
