N JUABEN N: Suhyen Community Center commissioned
An ultra-modern community centre has been inaugurated at Suhyen in the New Juaben North Municipality of the Eastern Region.

The facility funded by the New Juaben North Member of Parliament, Nana Adjei Boateng, is to enable the chiefs and the people of Suhyen to have a place for social programmes.
The project was executed by Kasmo Company Limited a building construction firm.
Inaugurating the facility, the MP, Nana Adjei Boateng charged the people of Suhyen to cultivate the habit of maintenance to prolong the life span of the facility.
He appealed to the people of Suhyen to rally behind the government to bring development to the place.
The New Juaben North Municipal Chief Executive, Comfort Asante commended the MP for the construction of the facility and appealed for more to be constructed in the various localities in the municipality to enhance development.
On education, the MCE indicated that the double track system introduced by government in the second cycle institutions will help to get every qualified student to at least receive secondary education.
She urged the people of Suhyen to take advantage of the various interventions implemented by government to better their lives.
To promote the Planting for Food and Job Programme, madam Asante announced that the assembly is planning to nurse cocoa seedlings to be distributed to farmers to boost cocoa production in the country.
A Sub-Chief of Suhyen, Nana Ankomah, thanked the MP and pledged their support to help protect and prolong the lifespan of the facility to benefit future generations.
He also appealed to the MP and the MCE to build an information centre to help disseminate information to his subjects promptly.
