SEKYERE A P: Drobonsu gets mechanised borehole, WC
Water is life, and the absence of it brings a lot of discomfort to those directly affected, both economically and socially.

That is the reality of some residents of Drobonsu, the capital of the Sekyere Afram Plains District in the Ashanti Region.
This is however expected to change soon as construction of mechanized borehole is currently ongoing to supply the people with portable water on regular basis.
The District Chief Executive of Sekyere Afram Plains, Joseph Owusu also disclosed that as part of the project, a new 6-seater water closet toilet facility will also be put up.
Mr. Owusu said that the ultramodern facility will serve the communities far and beyond.
The ongoing project which is about 50% complete is expected to be commissioned within 3 month, he added.
