Wa East DCE receive NYA Award

The District Chief Executive of Wa east district Assembly Mr Jotie Mosoes has been awarded by National Youth Authority as on the best performing DCF on youth development activities in the region.

This award ceremony was organized on the theme: Building Society by appreciating the role played by our leaders” and aimed to appreciate Mentors and achievers who inspired and contributed to the development process of Upper West.

Expressing his heartfelt for the award in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, Mr. Jotie stressed the award not have come on a silver platter, but through his hard work in the development in the district despite the demanding and the challenging nature of the terrain.

He urge the youth against meddling in growing partisan and tribal politics which losses the danger in Ghana society.

Some of the award winners in region were Mr Sands Imoro Nadi, Daffiama Bussie Issa Chief Executive, Sissala West DCE and former MCE for Wa municipal.
