Christine Bombanya-Amadu believes youth engagement in the policy will help reduce the rate of robbery cases in the region.

The DCE made this disclosure Wednesday when she interacted with Ghanadistricts.com

According to her, the region also has a huge reserve of unemployed youth and the policy is expected to go into full implementation this year 2018 and it is anticipated to create over 750,000 jobs.

Madam Bambanya-Amadu urged the youth who don't have certificate that, they would be employed when they commence one district one factory in Jiripa.

"If they establish the 1D1F, youth can go into farming to make ends meet"

With arm robbery on the rise in the region, Madam Christine has encouraged the youth to acquire entrepreneurial skills to make them productive for the job market.

“If they involve themselves in entrepreneurial skills, they will harvest and get rich within the time that we are expecting”, she said
