DCE inspects ravaged Hyinahin Catholic SHS dormitory
Newly confirmed District Chief Executive (DCE) of Atwima Mponua in the Ashanti Region, Mr.Isaac Kofi Marfo, has inspected the ravaged Boys dormitory of Nyinahin Catholic Senior High School which was allegedly set ablaze by some students of the school.

The situation has left Over 200 students stranded as they have lost all their valuable items including their trunks, books, beds, clothing and mattresses following the fire outbreak.
Speaking at the scene, the DCE asked the Police service to investigate if indeed the disaster was caused by arsonists, adding that he will do everything possible to support the affected students.
The tour also took the DCE and his entourage to Achiase where 4 persons had drowned to death.
Mr. Marfo presented live jackets to the community and pledged to provide 2 canoes to the community.
He advised the community to be wary of the numerous mining pits that have been left open.
The chiefs and the community expressed their gratitude to the DCE for the kind gesture on his first day in office.
