MCE advises BECE candidates against foreign materials
The Municipal Chief Executive for Nkoranza South, Diana Attaa-Kusiwaa has cautioned both teachers and Bcandidates of the Basic Education Certificate Examination, BECE not to rely on any foreign materials or any form of examination malpractices.

Madam Diana Attaa-Kusiwaa who gave the advice during her visits to the examination centers also urged teachers to stop forcing "foreign materials/apor" on the candidates in order to avoid cancellation of exam papers and by taking off the examination centers.

The MCE called for boldness and confidence from the candidates.



Mr. Opoku Yaw Adomako, the Municipal Education Director disclosed that 63 schools in the Nkoranza South Municipality, 15 of which are Private Schools, 48 Public Schools, are writing the exams at 7 centers. 2,096 canditaes made up of 1122 boys and 974 girls are taking part in the exam in the Municipality.



Director of Education made it clear that, Examination malpractices is the main reason why at times exams are cancelled, and urged the candidates to abstain from examination malpractices.
