New Juaben Assembly inaugurates a business com
The New Juaben Municipal Assembly has inaugurated a three- storey office complex at a cost of GH¢540,604,90 funded from the Assembly’s Internally Generated Fund (IGF).

The facility which consists of 40 shops and eight executive offices with auxiliary facilities is a component of an ultra-modern business and lorry park for Koforidua-Ho and Tema facility being funded by the World Bank.
Madam Comfort Asante, the Municipal Chief Executive in her address at the ceremony, thanked the contractor, Samotrust for living up to expectation and completing the project within the scheduled time period.
She said the Assembly as the agent of development was committed to providing the necessary conditions to improve on businesses and trading the area to provide job opportunities for the teeming youth.
She said the project formed part of the plans of the Assembly to uplift the face of all its lorry parks and markets by providing sanitary facilities to attract traders to the markets as well as improving on sanitation in the area.
