DORMAA C: Assembly on course to completing 16 mechanized boreholes
Mechanization of 16 boreholes in the Dormaa Central Municipality is currently ongoing to boost provision of potable water to the beneficiary communities.

The Municipal Chief Executive of the Dormaa Central Municipal Assembly, Drissa Outtara who disclosed this to said the project which was inherited from the previous government is being continued tobring the needed relief to the people.
He said drilling of all the sixteen boreholes were all completed before he assumed office and he has started the mechanization of them as required to offer maximum benefits to the people.

Mr. Outtara indicated that the assembly’s aim is to reach out to all communities with good drinking water and is looking forward to providing communities facing water challenges with a similar mechanized borehole projects.
According to him, there must always be value for money, hence all projects inherited which do not have issues would duly be continued because the people need them to address specific challenges.
