DCE celebrates x-mas with patients, Hospital staff

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Tain in the Brong Ahafo Region, Lawyer Charity Oforiwaa Dwommoh has said that, the Akuffo-Addo led administration is bent on resolving all health-delivery related challenges to help enhance quality healthcare in the district and the country as a whole.

The DCE said this when she visited the District Hospital at Nsawkaw to celebrate this year’s Christmas with patients, staff and management of the facility.

Food and drinks were also shared to patients who are currently on admission at this moment of the year for them to also have a feel of this year’s Christmas.

Interacting with some patients during her memorable visit, the DCE said “it is unfortunate that some people were still on admission considering that fact that this is usually the time that most families come together and make merry to celebrate the birth of Christ”.

She thus took the opportunity to wish patients speedy recovery in order to reunite with their families soon.

Lawyer Dwommoh also expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Staff and management of the Hospital for their selfless role to help save lives of the people.

She assured them of government’s relentless support by providing them with modern equipment to help improve their work.

Some patients and staff of the facility also thanked the DCE for the love shown them even whiles lying on their sickbeds.
