SEKYERE E: DCE commission CHPS compound
To enhance proper and accessible healthcare delivery, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Sekyere East Ms. Mary Boatemaa Marfo has commissioned a Community-Based Health Planning and services (CHPS) compound at Motokrodua a community in the Sekyere East District.

The project which was funded by the Sekyere East District Assembly will serve communities such as Motokrodua, Tetekaaso, Booya, Apaso and the neighboring communities.
The DCE at the commissioning ceremony noted that the project was started by the previous administration but got stalled, adding that her administration had to prioritize work on the facility to enable the people to get access to healthcare instead of traveling to Effiduase Government Hospital.
Ms. Boatemaa also presented a refrigerator, television, generator set, Wheelchair and other items to the authorities of the facility.
