The two before the elections, promised to use their expertise to enhance the future of the Party.

Mr Aboagye stressed on his experience as a Former Deputy Regional Chairman and Mr Kudzo focused on winning the Nkwanta North Parliamentary Seat for the Party.

The Conference, which was attended by almost all party stalwarts, saw the election of 10 other executive members.

All the speakers, including Mr Kwabena Adjei, National Chairman of the Party, called for peace and unity among the rank and file of the Party.

He said with peace, the Party could break factionalism driven by greed that was gradually creeping into it.

Mr Joseph Amenowode, Volta Regional Minister, urged members to remain loyal to the Party and retain the status of the Region as the Party’s "World Bank".
