KETU S: Amedzikope Community gets police station
The Keta Police Divisional Commander has joined the Ketu South Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Mr. Elliot Agbenorwu to commission a newly built police station at Amedzikope.

The MCE said, the project which was started with Government of Ghana funds (GoG) in 2011 got stalled because the contractor was paid only mobilization which was 10 percent of the contract sum but he repackaged the whole project because he saw the project as viable.
He noted that the police station will help curb illegal activities through some unapproved routes into the country adding that the community will now feel protected and would be able to go about their businesses without any fear.
He, therefore, called for further collaboration between the police, chiefs and residents to aid maintenance of law and order in the country.
