Sanitation Minister tours 3 Assemblies
The Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Abena has begun a tour to some Metrpolitan and Municipal Assemblies in the Greater Accra Region.

The tour is to enable the Sector Minister Hold discussions with the Municipal Chief Executives (MCEs) and also inspect the level of sanitation and cleanliness in the various areas under the jurisdiction of the Assemblies.
Her first port of call was the Sector Minister to Accra Metropolitan Assembly where the Minister held discussions regarding sanitation with Accra Mayor, Mr Adjei Sowah.
The Minister also visited Korley Klottey Municipal Assembly and Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly.
Areas visited include the Waste Management Unit of the AMA, Agbogbloshie Market, James Town slaughter place, Osu communities and Makola Market.
Among her entourage were the various by the MCEs and official team from the ministry.
